Red cabbage stew


1 red onion

1 garlic clove

200 g red cabbage

1 can crushed tomatoes (about 400 g)

1 cup of water

1 cap vegetable broth

1 can boiled chichpeas (about 400 g)

1 can boiled red lentils (about 400 g)

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Salt and pepper


Do this

Fry sliced red onion, chopped garlic and sliced red cabbage in a pot

Add crushed tomatoes, water and broth caps and boil for 15 minutes

Add chickpeas and lentils and continue boiling for 5 minutes

Add salt, pepper and parsley
