Mushroom soup

Ingredients

0.5 kg mushroom

2 caps vegetable broth

1 liter water

1 cup non full fat cream

Parsley

Salt and pepper

 

Do this

Chop the mushroom and boil it in vegetable broth and water

Take out and save half of the mushrooms for later

Blend the soup

Add cream and the mushroom you saved and cook slowly for 20 min

Add salt, pepper and parsley

Listen to a song that you know you love but haven’t listened to in the past year
