Lentil salad with chickpeas

Ingredients

1.5 cup red lentils

1 red onion

2 tomatoes

2 avocados

1 teaspoon curry

1 can chickpeas (400 g)

Balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper

A green salad

1 pack feta cheese (about 150 g)

Rapeseed oil

 

Do this

Cook red lentils

Fry cloves of red onion with rapeseed oil and curry

Add lentils and chickpeas

Add vinegar, salt and pepper

Serve with salad, tomato, avocado and feta cheese

Invite someone to dinner that you haven’t invited before
