Ingredients
0.5 white cabbage head
1 yellow onion
2 garlic cloves
1 cup cream
0.5 cup crème fraiche
1 teaspoon sambal oelek
Salt and pepper
Shredded cheese
Do this
Put the oven on 200 degrees
Shred white cabbage and onion and chop garlic – fry it all in butter in a pan
When the cabbage softens add cream and crème fraiche and the spices
Taste and let it boil softly for 5-10 min
Pour over the white cabbage mix in a pot for the oven and add shredded cheese – gratinate for 20 min
