1 yellow onion

2 garlic cloves

10 blue mussels with shell

600 g mixed fish filets

400 g crushed tomatoes

0.5 cup white wine

3 cups water

4 tablespoons fish fond or 1 cube fish stock

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon fennel seeds

0.5 g saffron

100 g peeled shrimps

0.5 cup crème fraiche

1 pressed garlic clove


Do this

Fry chopped onion and garlic in a large pot

Add crushed tomatoes, wine, water, fond/stock, thyme, fennel and saffron and let it boil

Clean the mussels and remove the beard, add them and let them boil for 5 min

Add the fish and boil softly for another 5 min

Add shrimps
