Lentil stew

Ingredients

1 cup dried red lentils

2 onions

1 clove of garlic

Rapeseed oil

400 g crushed tomatoes

Dried vegetable broth (about 10g or 1 small pack)

1 can coconut milk

Salt & pepper

Some vegetable(s) such as peppers or broccoli

 

Do this

Fry lentils, onion and garlic i rapeseed oil in a pot

Add tomatoes, broth, coconut milk salt and pepper, let it boil for 3-5 min with lid

Add vegetable(s)

Let someone go before you in traffic, at the cashier queue or at home
