1 can chick peas

1 yellow onion

1 pressed clove of garlic

1 teaspoon cumin


Chopped parsley

Rapeseed oil

A little bit of sambal oelek

1 cup of fat yoghurt

1 pressed clove of garlic

2 shredded carrots

Quinoa or broccoli


Do this

Mix chickpeas, chopped onion, garlic, cumin, salt, parsley, sambal oelek and rapeseed oil

Form small balls and fry them on average heat in rapeseed oil in a pan a couple of minutes on each side

Mix yoghurt, shredded carrot, garlic, salt and pepper for a carrot tzatziki

Serve with quinoa or broccoli
