Salmon salad


1 cup quinoa

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1 cup soy beans

0.5 cup roasted hazelnuts

10 brussel sprouts

250 g red cabbage

Salt and pepper

400 g salmon filet

1 cup turkish yoghurt


Do this

Boil quinoa

Mix apple cider vinegar and mustard

Mix soy beans and nuts

Take away the outer leaves from the brussel sprouts

Slice red cabbage in thin slices and fry on high heat for 1 min

Add red cabbage, brussel sprouts and boiled quinoa in a bowl

Add salt and pepper

Salt the salmon and fry about 2 min on each side

Serve the salad with the salmon and a bit of yoghurt
