Salmon pot

Ingredients

500 g salmon filet

Salt

1 leek

2 fresh broccoli heads (or 500 g heated frozen broccoli)

1 cup cream

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

 

Do this

Put the oven at 225 degrees

Cut the salmon in 2×2 cm pieces and add salt

Shred leek, cut the broccoli and put it all in an oven pot

Mix cream with mustard and pour it into the pot on top of what’s in there

Put in the middle of the oven for 15 min
