Salmon in oven

Ingredients

One large piece of salmon, for example a full side

Large salt

Lime

Quinoa

Turkish yoghurt

2 garlic cloves

Vegetable(s) of your choice

 

Do this

Put the oven on 225 degrees

Pour salt and lime in an oven pot, add the salmon with the skin up and put in oven for 25 minutes

Mix turkish yoghurt with pressed garlic and pepper

Serve the salmon with quinoa, yoghurt cream and vegetable(s) of your choice
