Ingredients

500 g frozen green peas

1 yellow onion

3 cups of water

2 vegetable broth caps

1 cup of non full fat cream

Salt, pepper and white pepper

 

Do this

Chop the onion

Boil water and broth

Add the frozen peas and the onion, let it boil for 5 min

Blend the soup and add cream, let it boil

Add spices

Serve with for example cottage cheese
