Ingredients
500 g fish filets of for example salmon
100 g peeled shrimps
1 leek
250 g spinach
3 cups of water
2 fish broth caps
0.5 cup of white wine
1 cup non full fat cream
Salt and white pepper
Do this
Fry chopped spinach and leek in a pot
Add water, broth, wine and cream, let it boil
Chop the fish into smaller pieces and add salt and pepper, boil it for 5 min in the pot
Add the shrimps and serve
