Ingredients
250 g green asparagus
2 avocados
Lemon
6 eggs
1 feta cheese
Black pepper
1 pack of cress
Do this
Remove the bottom part of the asparagus, boil it in salted water for 2 min and rinse it in cold water after that
Boil the eggs soft (6 min when added in boiling water)
Mix asparagus, avocado, egg and lemon
Top with cheese, black pepper and cress
Take 5 min in silence without thinking about anything in particular
